Better answered by Course Staff, but my perception is that work is done at one's own pace, with accompanying grace, help and where necessary loving firm kindness.

It is designed as transformational, but real, yet non-confrontative

Just how I received it, anyways x

Gel...you study aikido....you can study this stuff with great ease and very little sweat....it is self paced. It ain't like like someone beating you with a stick.

I was never one to test well, or learn well until i found well written things that interested me. I was able to take my time, look through the questions and find my own answers. By the time I took the tests, i knew them easily. It's built to do well.

Go your own pace and ask all the questions you want here. We can help you!
Blessings~

I started in March of 2008 and have 4 courses to finish for a bachelor's degree. Take your time. You
have 5 years to complete the courses and papers. Enjoy the moment to moment process of being you.
Like Jill said, its designed to enjoy and "succeed" at being yourself. I kinda paraphrased that.

Peace is within,
