Student Posts: 55 ![]() ![]() | in response to jill's thesis, at my current work place we all see beings in our peripheral, sometimes, within 5 minutes I will think someone is coming to talk to me 3 times. Everytime I am sure it is a co worker coming to talk and then there is no one there. Then I found out it is happening to everyone. As for where I am at, I am nearly finished the bachelors, and will probably do the creative project last. I have had a lot of ideas for it, all of which were too big, and I am waiting for the pressure to come so I can put more energy into it.

Then i go into auto-pilot. That is how i describe it anyway. Just type, what you FEEL, or draw, what you see in your mind. I have a very creative mind, some would even say it's warped. HE HE HE, gotta keep it, fun. As far as activity in the place (Ghostly) I don't doubt it. Ghostly activity has been reported since man walked earth. By all means, if we beleive we exist after human death, then there is eternal intelligence and i don't think they keep us locked up. LOL, well maybe me. HA HA HA. I am kidding, but I know exactly what you are talking about Danny. Thank you for the compliments everyone, I do enjoy weddings very much. They are fun.... When i goof up, i just giggle and it all blends in, like i was supposed to do that. End result.... they are MARRIED. As long as I sign the papers.... send it in.... it's all good. I am feeling a little better now. Can you tell? :P HUGS

Regular Posts: 52 ![]() ![]() Location: Buffalo, NY | I am a beginner with the school and have completed 7 courses. I am in the process of creating a Ayurveda Practioner School in Buffalo NY. Buffaloayurveda.com. I didn't believe I could do this until I started taking the courses at the University of Metaphysical Sciences. It's been life changing and I can't thank everyone associated with the school enough. Thank you all.

PhD Alumni Posts: 1882 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Location: NE Ohio | Right now I am not in any school what-so-ever and I find myself somewhat in a rut. My purpose has dropped down to blah.... I know I want to write more, but need to focus, which seems so hard to do right now. I am goal oriented.... If I have a purpose (diploma, degree, certificate) of some sort, then I seem to put more effort into it. If I don't have a goal, then I just procrastinate. I miss school.... I pretty much finished here in 06. I could start over... lol. NAH! I know... I think I will start my second dissertation. Gee, I hope I can remember how to plan it out. I have no idea what to write it on... but will figure it out. I have an IDEA! everything starts with idea's. Keep up the good work everyone!

Got my masters stuff yesterday along with my diploma. Now for the true challenge THE THESIS, I'm certain it'll go well. Just a little overwhelming at first glance. Blessings to each of you on your journey into the truth. Leo

Alumni Posts: 533 ![]() ![]() | I've completed 10 courses of the Bachelor Program. I have 6 courses here that I am reading through slowly but surely. The Communication Skills course arrived the other day and I think it was just what I needed at just the right time. It's been hard to keep the pace over the summer but I should be back on track soon. I have no idea what I'll do once I've completed all the courses, for now, I'm just enjoying the ride and exploring the possibilities. Leo, Congrats on finishing the Bachelor Program. Did the instructions for the Thesis come with the first packet of Master's materials? I feel overwhelmed by the prospect of doing the thesis and I haven't seen anything on it yet. It's wonderful to see people progressing. Good luck everyone!

Ph.D. Alumni Posts: 694 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Location: New Smyrna Beach, Florida | Yes, the thesis information came with the welcome to the masters program packet. That and the first 4 courses. The thesis won't be that difficult. All of the information will guide you through the process. It's the same basic layout as most of the course material. The introduction, review of literature, methods, findings, discussion and conclusion. There is a requirement for a total of ten books used for your research. So pick a topic and start reading. I've had my topic for a couple of months and have done a fair amount of web searchs, all saved to my research file. Just pick a topic that you find interesting (metaphysical of course) and you'll be ready when the time comes. It truly isn't that bad. Blessings Leo

PhD Alumni Posts: 4414 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Location: United Kingdom | Leo's advice is sound, and s/he has a great avatar. And, congratulations to him/her, mazel tov. Though as regards her/his advice, and nowithstanding it is great for the essential of writing and completing successfully the dissertation, I for myself take the view that 10 books is the basic. There are very many more than 10 books in the world; so, just to suggest, read widely, choose carefully, then read and choose again. I've no idea how olde Thee might be, nor what Thine intentions are, but this is just my response. lel (love everyone lots) Edited by Paul Joseph 8/14/2009 2:48 PM

Student Posts: 35 ![]() Location: OK | I've completed the Bachelor's and have started back in on the Master's courses. Trying to stay focused & motivated to get them completed, but always a bit frazzled & out of sorts by the time I leave the day job it seems (keep trying to figure out why I'm still there, but not trying to fight it as much - figure it's like quick sand, the more I struggle against it... the quicker it'll pull me under). Best of luck to all in their studies & endeavors!

PhD Alumni Posts: 1882 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Location: NE Ohio | Ferty has posted SPAM again and will be BANNED! Sorry everyone... I believe that if you cannot write your own papers, why pay for school to begin with. The writing is only to help one express their own idea's and write about how it's put to use. Most written papers are unique and different, which is exactly what makes all these different courses now available to others. Please tell a mod if you see such a post like that one again. Thank you Paul, it was your post that caught my eye to do something about it. Blessings!
