PhD Alumni Posts: 4414 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Location: United Kingdom | Dear All Did anyone see those pictures of the heart shape on Pluto? I must say I could not quite make it out myself, though maybe that is my Rorscharch limitation! It made me think back to Bartholemew's posts a while back, where he spoke of souls returning to/residing on other planets after death. Anyone out there?! Maybe an ancient civilization? NO! Life forms? A strong likelihood. WOW!!! Marty and Spatial Challenged LuckyLee

Though possibly not in 'our' time - whoever the 'our' are ... Edited by Paul Joseph 8/13/2015 7:02 AM

Expert Posts: 2118 ![]() ![]() Location: The Heart of Space | Take heart dear Paul..... I am a charter subscriber and a great fan of SciAm, but it has increasingly become akin to Popular Science. The article is speculative to the extreme and the interpretation of data gathered with telescopes is the equivalent of my claiming spirit presence based on a thermometer. "They" seek to explain this universe based on the Big Bang. Something from nothing. I do not subscribe to this. I think the quantum dudes flirt but never touch on the fact that something can never come from nothing because nothing is no thing. The universe will move through time but will always be here in the movement of time. As I have said before, the guy with the bushy white hair was wrong.....the velocity of light is not "the" constant.....time is constant and is an entity in and of itself. Time exists in all dimensions, and is present at all times everywhere. My NatGeo cover story is "Weed" all about marijuana.......maybe I'll go smoke my magazine............ Peace Pipefully yours, Marty and LuckyLee (if she is also going deaf like I think she is, then I got a real moral dilemma)

Forum Administrator Posts: 462 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Hi Marty Your perspicacious post pertaining to Pluto reminded itself to me in those recent other posts concerning the possibility of the return of Nibiru, or appearance of planet X ... or are they one and the same? Intriguing stuff.... I wonder what will happen next? Good evening everyone here and elsewhere Ophiucus
