PhD Alumni Posts: 4414 Location: United Kingdom	I have dithered on the 'Illuminati', 'grand conspiracy' type of cultural motifs, but today I noticed three in one, that makes me question my dithering - - one, that NASA are firing rockets into the Moon to, what? Find water ? Hello ?! Can they be real ? .... apart from the deeply mythic context of sending assault missiles onto our great Goddess & sister, Diana - surely hubris, an assault on the divine feminine of the highest order, has no-one wondered what might happen if the whole of our dear sister fractures apart and falls back into our planet? I think we ought to have been consulted .... so may questions raised, not least, is this some strange acting out of our own internally evoked catastrophe ...? Back to Atlantis, I imagine ... - two, one of perhaps the most mythic embodiment of presidential themes in recent history, President Barak Obama, is granted the Nobel Peace Prize ... whilst I applaud this, it deeply worries me; I maybe should not go on in case I become targetted, but surely this is one of the grandest 'hostages to fortune' ever .... both in terms of raising his burden, but also, if 'they' can give so effortlessly, 'they' can take away equally freely and cynically - three, not so well known, but all happening today, a TV programme on what is happening in the Peruvian rain forest, where, the state is selling tracts of virgin forest to oil companies, so that they can drill and develop, which not only destroys the rain forest, but destroys indigenous ways of life, poisoning rivers, communities, etc etc ... Just those three instances coming to my attention in this one way, perhaps all coincidental, but brought to attention the strange dynamics around at the present time. Blessings Friends

PhD Alumni Posts: 1882 Location: NE Ohio	I hear ya and I do not like much of what I see happening. So I have to place myself in a different place and focus on my own world, which is a better place. Is it denial? NOPE.... I just choose my reality to experience and when I open up to the negatives in the world, my light starts to fade. I am not cut out for the BIG problems... I will stick to the little ones and work with individuals who seek their inner light. I am a light worker.... my job is small, but perhaps the people whom I help, will move out into the world to make it better, one step at a time. I just don't want rewarded until AFTER the light shines brighter.

Who cares about water on the moon when it is so freely wasted here? And those rain forests. Just gotta make the valueless paper money connection, because that's the fire that is driving the depletion so completely. Now that's spiritual, your commentary. New user Posts: 2 Location: San Francisco, Bay Area	Ohh.. now I understand what brought me here! I love all your responses! They are the exact words I needed to here, at precisely the right moment.. I have a very hard time watching the news and other media... I feel so helpless and I really don't want to be bombarded with tons of negativity - I hate worrying and dwelling on some of these issues that only seem to grow in strength the more people watch and listen to them. I think what a lot of us do feels 'small' like we're not effecting the big picture, but when really little by little we are.. it's nice to be reminded of that fact though because sometimes it can be easy to forget. PhD Alumni Posts: 1882 Location: NE Ohio	Awwww, Thank you Sage, Leo, Paul and AS. The news of negativity can overwhelm us and make us think it's our job to fix all things. But we have specific people out there doing it, and we each have a job to do. My job is internal light and it felt small to me, but... as Leo explained, I now don't feel being a light worker is small at all. I really didn't mean it that way to begin with, but it's how I describe working with individuals, instead of mass problems. It's truly amazing to help people. Do to light working, I have helped many people, who were one step away from suicide, to get a grasp and learn how to smile again. I teach people how to love themselves again. When was the last time you loved yourself? That is what UMS courses are about when it comes down to it. Accept the self, forgive the self (which comes with it automatically when you accept the self). Send love to others, with out asking for anything back. It will be amazing the LOVE that pours back. As far as what is going on with me today: I have a new best friend and she is wonderful. We now run around all the time. She has a ton of stress and is literally going through hell... but when she is around me, she laughs, she giggles and has fun and feels worthy of herself again. I just have to get that inner light inside her to stay, so she isn't so reliant on me for it. It will happen, always does. In the meantime, I gained a new best friend that I didn't ask for, but was given to me. Life has plenty of rewards if one just lets them happen and don't force it. Blessings~
