I agree. The meditations ARE magical. Transforming. Healing. I found that these particular meditations seemed to lift me to a space that went up and out of myself if that makes any sense at all. Whereas other meditations, not from UMS, took me deeper and deeper down into myself.
I'm so glad you are enjoying the coursework. I loved every minute of it. |
