Thanksgiving!

This week, while the goddess of the night keeps waxing to reach its Full phase on Saturday, we can also wax our opportunities to express our gratitude. Astrologically speaking Thanksgiving falls on a Thursday, day ruled by Jupiter (Zeus). This God governs abundance, opportunities, enthusiam, and expansion of our self-imposed limitations.

Here is a cosmic invitation to spend a little time contemplating what abundance really means for us. We can expand our hearts and feel how the love inside transcends and reaches other people's hearts. Remember that love is a healing substance. Love is the very essence by which this Universe was created.

So the questions to ponder are:

How do I define what abundance means for me?
What am I really grateful for?
How can wear an attitude of gratitude on a daily basis?

Since we are still under the Scorpio New Moon Cycle, the real work would be to go deep within the self, (the soul), and find the answers.

Welcome to Taurus Moon Cycles

On Thursday night, we will enjoy another Moonlit night. The Full Moon phase is always a period in which achieving some type of balance is required. By working on reconciling the opposite energies we experience the path to become whole and complete.

During this phase the emotionally intense Full Moon in earthy Taurus and mysterious Scorpio may bring to the surface deep-seated emotional issues concerning money and shared power.

This sensual and down-to-earth Moon energy is inviting us to ground our unconscious fears in order to creatively transform them back into the energy of love and com-passion.

Honoring the Moon is honoring my e-motions. I honor my mood by giving it physical and creative expression, by writing, painting, dancing, by gardening, re-cycling it. ("I" choose how to express and how to ground my e-motions).

Tonight, the Sun and the Moon are opposing each other and this can create conflict.

The positive manifestation of this conflict is seen in the profound process of regeneration that occurs when two people delve into the dynamics of intimate human interactions where there are not only financial investments at risks, but there are emotional ones as well.

So, the questions arising from this conservative-alchemical Full Moon energy are:
How are you going to nurture yourself today?
How are you going to nurture your com-Passion-ate self?

If you choose to go within your loving heart and share your burning passion with the rest of us, many more human flowers will be happily growing and feeling at ease. If you choose to go within your loving heart and share your loving-kindness with the rest of us, we will all have a chance to smell a special fragrance that will allow us not only to lower our resistance to learn but also to connect with another human being in a more profound, caring, and soulful way.

Dare to be your soulful self.
Dare to speak your truth.We all have the power to make a difference in this world, even if it is one person at a time.

Now, I invite you to take a deep, long, and cleansing breath and to exhale long. Picture two small, passionate double-delight red roses, breathe in their scented fragrance, breathe in their love, breathe in their in-spiration. Become the inspiration.

Last Quarter Moon Phase

The goddess of the night is transiting its own sign today, she is at 9 degrees sensitive and maternal Cancer.

During this Moon phase you grew in awareness so now you must take the time to revise your outworn attitudes and limiting beliefs, it is a great time to do some soul-searching and moon journaling because this inward activity will allow you the possibility to delve into your own inner wisdom.

Today is Wednesday, "Mercury-day." in Greek mythology. Mercury represents the messenger of the gods. So let me take advantage of this energy and communicate to you the current cosmic weather.

The Full Moon phase is all about illumination, awareness, and culmination.

During this particular Aries-Libra Full Moon, we are given another opportunity to find the balance between these opposites energies, between Me & You. The contrast between partnership and independence is heightened.

“Shall I do it my way? Shall I do it your way?”

Cooperation and arguing, doing it by myself or encouraging teamwork, pleasing others, pleasing ourselves are some of the issues this beautiful harvest lunar phase is inviting us to ponder.

And speaking of harvest, it would be a a great idea to take the time to either think or moon journal about all the abundance you have been enjoying in your life. Remember to acknowledge your health, your relationships, your own personal creative gifts, your talents, and ... affirm:
