Hiya Marty old friend - the 'flies' thing was also a very old poster by that older poster company Athena, who adorned it with a rather large gentleman, knife and fork in hand, with on the plate before him a huge steaming pile of 'it'.

Always empathise with flies ... the mission they have taken on from the Divine, in being here to consume the dung and detritus that everyone else evacuates but despises ...

One supposes they deserve all the satisfaction thay can attain

If they did not conduct their holy mission what on Earth would happen to us all .....

Why, is not Metaphysics even thus conveyed by our fly brethren ?

OK, point well taken. However, what about the mosquito? What exactly is their mission?

Yeah, What about the pesky little insect? Somethings were lab mutents and do not help our world by any means. Oh yeah, I know... They were made to be food to the skeeter eater bug.

HA HA HA

Of course, Dragon Fly's eat them by the pounds, but then why the Dragon Fly?
This could potentially go on for awhile.

'Cos Dragon Flies are beautiful and that old great Eternal Self just cannot get enough of Beauty ...

Besides, fish eat dragon flies, and (some) people like to fish and ...............

well actually, I think some birds eat dragon flies, and birds fly, which takes us back to worms, who perhaps have a more desperate job that flies, since at least flies see daylight now and again, while the poor old worm must labour perpetually undeground, only coming up ( through human spadework sometimes): to find themselves in incredible vulnerability ...
