Card Zero - your avatar reminds me very much of the picture on the hard copy cover of The Eagle's Gift by Carlos Castaneda ... 'cept I think from memory, that Eagle is facing in a different direction to your Hawk (?)

Many other interesting avatars too out there, but don't have time just now to comment on them all .. Spider's webs, Graceful Dancers and lovely photographs too ...

Aah well now, then thank you for sharing that information, as well as for the painting. Rare gifts (& rock/cave drawings x [that's a tribute to the connections I perceive with the deeply wonderful cave paintings of Lasceaux, etc - sorry if spelt wrong])

.. as I now gaze at the picture it looks a little as if you were watching the Northern (or Southern) Lights
