The most common technical problems encountered
in the Student Center, as well as in downloading files or taking exams online, are caused by incompatibility between the browser a student is using and the application that interfaces with our database.The simplest solution to most problems is to download and install the latest version of Internet Explorer, or to download and install a fresh, clean copy of Firefox, another browser with very fast installation that is also 100% compatible with our system.If you are using AOL we have found that the best solution is to download and install Firefox using the above link. Then, after signing on to AOL, minimize the AOL window and double-click the Firefox icon on your desktop to launch the Firefox browser instead of using AOL's built-in browser. Do this whenever you are accessing the Student Center, and all should work well.If installing one of the above browsers doesn't solve your issue you may contact one of our staff members by phone. However, if the staff member is able to access your student center and records, and Firefox does not solve the problem for you, you will have to take exams on paper and mail them in. We have no way to troubleshoot your issue further. So please be sure you have tried all the options above. |
