To Meditate By

This is an exercise that
you can do by yourself or in a group. Pick one word from the list
(at right). Sit in meditation with that word for 15 - 30 minutes
or even for 5 minutes. Any time your mind begins to wander, return
your focus to the word and the energy that word represents. Imagine
that there are angels all around you in your meditation, sitting
with you, also holding the vibration and energy of the word. Immerse
yourself in what the word means to you. Surround yourself with this
energy. Let the energy of the word become you. This is a wonderful
way to start the day, end the day, or take a breather during the
day!
